Administrative Assistant

The Opportunity

We seek a detailed-oriented administrative assistant to join our new Brokerage. You will provide corporate level administrative assistance to the executive team, and operational level administrative assistance to the company’s sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain client proposals, marketing brochures and other business and sales related documents
  • Edit marketing materials including brochures, flyers and postcards
  • Post documents online and track web statics
  • Manage day-to-day operations and assist employees with policies and procedures
  • Update and store all internal brokerage agreements, procedures and training manuals

The Skills Needed

A great eye for detail and the ability to notice when things seems out of place. A genuine curiosity to learn about new things, especially relating to technology and software. The ability to connect clients and employees to the right resources to resolve any questions/issues. An ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. A desire to learn about real estate. The Opportunity

We seek the next generation of real estate professionals™ to join our team. As a full-service real estate agent you will be representing the brokerage on behalf of both its buyers and sellers. We are looking for agents who not only have an excellent understanding of purchase and sale agreements (PSA), and their respective addendums, but who also have a solid understanding of local zoning, financing options, and other related support information.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take ambiguous client wants and needs and summarize them into NWMLS searchable criteria
  • Compare and contrast recently sold properties to make competitive price recommendations
  • Prepare and make listing presentations to clients
  • Compose listing and marketing collateral that's data driven, and market focused™
  • Negotiate, track and close any open client contingencies to ensure a successful transaction.

The Skills Needed

You need to be a licensed real estate agent that knows homes and the neighborhoods that surround them. You need to be able to efficiently complete and walk a client through the details of a PSA so they are left feeling confident about their decision(s). Ensure all PSA and brokerage business agreements are consistent with company procedures and training manuals. The ability to pass the Washington State Broker’s exam within one (1) year. A willingness to contribute new ideas to improve the brokerage’s daily operation.

  • BA/BS Degree in urban planning, finance, real estate, business, social science
  • WA Real Estate Sales License
  • Completion of all NWMLS agent courses, or commitment to do so within 90 days

Data Analyst

Ability to excerpt industry trends and factors from regional and local periodicals and other news articles as measurable data. A genuine curiosity to learn new things, especially around organically grown software applications. Ability to multi-task, work independently with little supervision.   • A BA or MA Degree in real estate finance, urban planning or geography
  • Either direct work experience in financial analysis and valuation, or academic concentration focused on these areas
