We have synthesized our sell-side real estate services into two core areas: pre- and post-listing services.

Pre-Listing Services

Our pre-listing services are focused on our proprietary Local Price Opinion™ (LPO) and our re360™ marketing plan that gets the maximum number of agents and targeted buyers through your door throughout the entire listing period, not just the first seven days or at randomly scheduled open houses.

We offer sellers two types of price validation services: our proprietary Local Price Opinion™ (LPO) of recently sold and currently listed properties, including any home automated valuation model (AVM) prices, and our signature Benchmark Tours. Whether you choose one or both price validation services, our goal is to list your home and sell it effectively and efficiently.

Our re360™ marketing plan highlights your home’s strengths. The plan includes a marketing flyer with professional grade photographs and compelling content, feature placement on our website, YouTube™ and Yahoo™ video tours of your neighborhood and home, and targeted agent/broker emails to alert them to your listing and scheduled broker’s open house.

Post-Listing Services

The sale of real estate is a game of numbers – eventually the right buyer will discover your home. That said, our marketing plan focuses on getting your listing out in front of as many eyes as possible and reporting results through a systematic feedback system.

Our post-listing services are focused on executing on the marketing plan to drive agent and qualified buyer numbers to the listing and gather actionable feedback on the listing to justify, if any, adjustments to the listing. This involves a combination of direct follow-up and continued targeted marketing updating agents about the listing and its status. We track web hits on our site and those of web aggregators.

We believe savvy sellers should expect reportable and actionable assessment from their agents as the listing ages, especially in today’s buyer’s market. We provide web reports to help you track agent feedback and web statistics.

Additionally we follow the purchase and sale agreement through its various contingencies, assisting the seller along the way, until closing and funds have been released. We make sure that any and all the contingencies are met and signed off and received in a timely manner. In cases where difficulties arise with the buyer, our agents are prepared and ready to intervene to protect the seller’s interest and/or renegotiate terms based on new information to keep the sale on track.
